After almost 5 years after having surgery on my ACL and still dealing with the pain and discomfort from it, I was able to finally have the relief I needed with the help from Rasheem. I booked a deep tissue massage and he found spots that I had no idea needed to be released from all the tension that had built up from work. Leaving my first session with Rasheem had my body relaxed and feeling brand new. Rasheed took the time out to communicate with me on what he is doing and to understand what is my goal for the end of the massage. All I wanted was to have less pain and discomfort and to be able to work without having limitations. I ended up booking for another deep tissue massage for a few days later and with my second session, I am beyond grateful how I am now able to move my knee with less discomfort. Can’t wait for my next massage in a few days for his magical hands was all I needed to heal me and am so happy that I was able to find him.

Rasheem is a great massage therapist, even if it is your first time getting one done. He is very respectful, as well as attentive on where and what your pain level is to work accordingly! The ambiance is very relaxing and soothing with calm tunes and essential oils in the background to calm nerves. I have been seeing Rasheem for massage over the course of many years. I have developed a good rapport with him. I can honestly say as a result of continuing services with Rasheem I have gotten progressively better. At least four years ago I was in two severe accidents causing whip lash and one was a critical and hard impact by a drunk driver. I came in with tremendous and excruciating pain. As time went on the pain management became bearable, to now being in at least 80 percent less pain. This is Remarkable Rasheem is talented in what he does. Each time I receive a massage I feel so fortunate to be able to have the opportunity to receive such a service from someone who is really good at what they do. I have a pretty significant low back & neck pain he was able to give me pain relief! I cannot recommend Rasheem enough for anyone struggling with any body pain. Very knowledgeable and personable! The massage session will leave you feeling brand new. My therapist, Rasheem, knew exactly what to target without me saying anything. My neck and shoulders suffer from extreme pain of which I had received physical therapy in the past, however, with only one massage therapy session I noticed a huge difference in my upper body mobility. This is the place and person you need to visit if you suffer from pain.

I’d like to start by saying that I’ve know Rasheem @ Enlighten massage for going on 5+ years now on a personal level as well a professional level, as well as also bring someone that’s been in 5 total collision/2 partial collision’s, 2 of witch have occurred during my time under his care, now that the scene is set it’s obvious I am no stranger to chronic back & neck pain, anyone whom lives w it knows there’s good days & bad days… on a physical note Rasheem has always been able to turn a bad day to a good one. My sessions are always IMPROVING because he’s always LISTENING, I’ve included a photo of him using a traction technique that he implemented after hearing me voice my complaints in regard to a certain area, between that visit & my next one, he researched what Somebody voicing the same chief complaints as me would do to treat those complaints, inquired w his colleagues if this would be beneficial to me & then began using it on me the very next session, he’s definitely putting the personal back into personal wellness-& he’s even the Author of his very own personal book on The Diaphragm, The Thoracic Diaphragm & how it works for us.
